Brady and these rookie receivers are killing me.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 08:54 PM

The Patriots red zone offense is terrible this season. Should get a big boost with the return of Gronk in the next week or two.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:00 PM

Dobson needs to be benched. Dude cannot do anything right. Costing me points.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:01 PM

He's done more than all the other rookies with the TD catch earlier.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:05 PM

Could have had two more if he didn't have T.O. hands.

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 09:10 PM

:icon18:

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:13 PM

Got all excited about that catch by Thompkins since I have him on my fantasy team :(

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:13 PM

And Gostkowski misses the FG

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:13 PM

Knew it was incomplete the moment he came down with it.

Then Gostkowski misses the FG. That doesn't bother me.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:15 PM

Brady needs to smash skulls in the locker room and knock some sense into these kids.

This is the No Fun League, you gotta play like a pro.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:19 PM

On a positive note, at least they seem to be getting open. Definitely some good potential here if they can build some chemistry over the course of the season. Dobson has been out/limited from practice for a bit too with a hamstring injury.

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 09:23 PM

Things should get interesting! Half time show was just showing the doppler radar, rains a coming to Foxborough!

Fgt Brady needs to throw at least two more TDs before the rain comes and it turns into a complete ground game.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:28 PM

Shiiiiit. The rain is comin' down.

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 09:32 PM

:icon17:

yep and I just looked at the forecast down there, doesn't look like it will stop any time soon!

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:34 PM

Maybe the Pats catch the ball better in the rain.

I hope so.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:38 PM

ANOTHER damn drop by Dobson. Unreal.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:38 PM

Aaron Dropson again

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 09:40 PM

:icon17: good one!

that one could stick! unlike his catches :rofl2:

I know cheesy

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 09:52 PM

:rofl2: dropson again haha he's not even looking for the ball

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:53 PM

Unreal. Brady just needs to look the other way. Stop throwing to that POS.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 09:57 PM

The only one he has that can actually catch the ball is Edelman and the Jets obviously know that.

Haboob 09-12-2013 09:58 PM

Thompkins can, except he is getting absolutely drilled as soon as the ball gets to him.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 10:08 PM

Butterfingers Thompkins? The same guy who was 4/14 last week?

I didn't watch their game that closely last week. I had to keep track of all of my fantasy players. :icon17:

Haboob 09-12-2013 10:16 PM

Holy ****!

He caught one!! :excited:

LMBmikeZ 09-12-2013 10:16 PM

:icon17:

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 10:17 PM

I saw it, it was that bad. He could have easily had like 100+ yds if he had caught like 2/3 of his passes last week.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 10:29 PM

Is this what it feels like to be a fan of a crappy team? I hate it. :|

Yessir, it is.

What's worse is when you're team is always "potential". They're always on that cusp of "what could be".

Oh I know that feeling. It's just at the Super Bowl level with the Patriots.

Must be a NY thing to fake injuries. Last week the Giants. This week the Jets.

Haboob 09-12-2013 10:48 PM

Game over.

I wish Brady would take a shot at the endzone rather than kneel down right now.

I need a TD, and it would rub the win in Ryan and the Jets' faces.

Haboob 09-12-2013 10:51 PM

Hahaha.

Two ejections.

Go.
For.
The.
Endzone!

:bowrofl:

He won't though.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 10:56 PM

Maybe he would have, but he knows any receiver he threw it to would just drop it.

Not Edelman.

b1adesofcha0s 09-12-2013 11:06 PM

Edelman would have had the entire Jets secondary covering him. It's not like he can really jump up and fight for the ball at his height :icon17:

Chuck33079 09-13-2013 06:57 AM

If squeaking by the Jets and Bills is the best the Pats can do, it's going to be a long year for Brady and Co. They're going to have to pick up some decent receivers. They need Gronk back (for the couple of games before he gets hurt again).

Maybe this means the Texans have a shot at not getting embarrassed by the Pats this year. Maybe. If Schaub keeps the derpitude to a minimum.
