ehh didnt go too well.. I dont know how it played on TV but it came off as a pure defensive game live.. It was fun to watch just because it was so close but I totally called that game wrong I thought wilson would just throw up points and the panthers would have to play catch up to hang in there... some costly fumbles for each team kept the points way down.. when I got home to watch the 49ers game I saw wilsons stats across the screen and it was like 26/33 for over 300 yards and im like how the hell did that happen live it looked like he struggled all day :dunno:

I hope the panthers can get back on track against the Bills next week.. although they i was catching up on highlights and was surprised they almost pulled off the win

Great pics! Yeah the Bills were definitely better than I expected them to be. Their defense was aggressive and Manuel did well when he scrambled.

Fun kickoff weekend. Lots of close games, and certainly a few surprising ones.

We won, but still we cannot win convincingly (though the cheap shot late hit on Romo in the 2nd quarter didn't help. I'm sure he's got some fractured ribs, again).

When he was set free from Arizona he turned it up a bit, and now they're giving him even more free range with a QB that can throw.

SF offense is scary. Once their D gets it together they're going to be really scary.



And how about Detroit? They have a running game now. :eekdance: If their defense could get it together, they may have themselves a decent year. Reggie Bush is going to shine in Detroit (at least compared to Miami).

That was a BS late hit call. He wasn't OB when he pushed him. Happens twenty times a game, then when it is the Jets ( :barf: ) and a chance to win them the game, they call it.

heard Ed Reed isn't playing. we'll see how Rivers will be..whether its the good Rivers or the bad Rivers that shows up lol

Reed is too old to make a difference, IMO. Just like Bailey.

Rivers needs a running game, and some sort of consistency on defense. Reed managed 4 interceptions last year along with 3 recovered fumbles. That still puts him towards the top of the list. Though I agree that he may not contribute much this season.
