Tell me about it. We have a car club here that ebbs and flows in a cycle but the original folks are tired of constantly setting up events that nobody shows up to. Then people whine about a lack of events but never want to chip in and help. We do all the work and all they have to do (and it's asking so much) is to get in their f'ing car and show up. So screw 'em.
A club is whatever folks put into it. They can't rely on one or two people to keep organizing things for them all the time. /rant |
