Loosen the clamp and spin the pipe. It should clear. Did you cut that little bolt hanging down ? That thing blocks you from spinning and fitting right.

My black air filter lasted many miles. It kinda melted a little onto the turbo somehow. I was able to peel it off and it's in good usable condition. It was just a hassle prying the thing off.
