Default o2 sensor removeable

Tried to change my cats to testpipes today. Everything went smooth, up intill i tried to swap the o2 sensor from the oem cats to testpipes. The g** d**** bolt wouldnt budge, tried using pb blast. It didnt do much. Any suggestions? I'm running the testpipes without an o2 sensor right now.

go to a autopart store and rent the 02 tool. The tool has a small open slot that allows the wire to slip through. You will get better grip on the O2 sensor and not risk striping it. Try that with a breaker bar on the end. If that don't work, I would start the car and let it warm up the pip some then try to carefully remove it without getting burned.

in addition to using the proper o2 sensor socket. Use a torch from home depot or lowes. to heat AROUND the o2 sensor bung. It makes removal a lot easier and could possibly save your threads.
