Has anyone else noticed some serious depreciation in the value of the newer Nismos?

I purchased a "certified used" 2016 Nismo Tech 7AT less than a year ago with just slightly more than average...

Wait a minute.... Maybe I was misinformed, but on my '16 Nismo, I was told that the VLSD was a sealed, non-serviceable unit that basically wears out after 40-50K miles or so and becomes useless.
