You probably already got the lens by now but I would have to say I'm pretty satisfied with my AF Nikkor 35mm f/2 lens. I'm using it on D700 though

You probably already got the lens by now but I would have to say I'm pretty satisfied with my AF Nikkor 35mm f/2 lens. I'm using it on D700 though so results will vary. Here is a pic of my car from march before any editing was done. It is currently one of my favorite lenses
