Exotics usually cost so much because of the costly process of developing the chassis and body. Concepts try to achieve more advanced forms of design. After the concept...The sub-premium and premium companies find the most cost effective way to make a futuristic car possible... The inspiration is found in the concepts. Then the toned down pre-production model arrives
