BRZ, Don't challenge me in your RWD version of a Corolla!!!!

I normally only get CTS-V's and Honda's trying to race me around here. The CTS-V's are funny I act like I engage just for a second. Then they waste all

I had a Nismo and now have a 09 CTS-V......I enjoy killing any and all comers in my V. I'm fine with burning 93 octane for "teaching moments"....sometimes it must be done.

When i get the same type of car over and over again pull the same shyt. I occasionally may own a punk or two in a driving-lesson. Last night, I was hungry.

That is fine when any and all comers are coming at you. But the ones around here think they are antagonizing me into racing them when in reality I am just trolling them. I did not initiate a race. They were the ones tailgating and jumping their car next to me. I give them a nod and put it to the floor for a couple seconds then let off and go about my day when they floor it and go 100+ down the road while I just laugh. They are helping me in the long run to scout ahead for speed traps

Now if I was boosted

On a related note. Is anyone else experiencing the influx of these cars like I am? They are honestly like flies. For a car that hasn't been out very long they are fricken everywhere.

Yessir, I agree... At a monthly car meet there used to be 100-150 cars... The meet after the FRS came out, 40 of them showed up, and EVERY SINGLE one of them thought they'd be the only one with it...

At the last meet... I BS you not... 100+
I had my GoPro mounted outside my car in the waterproof case, and you can hear my laughing inside the car at seeing that many FRSs in one place

No need to hate on the BRZ/FRS. The loaded price of those cars catch up to our price range, whereas our loaded price range catches up with the Mustang 5.0 range. Z owners saying the BRZ/FRS is weak is like the Mustang 5.0 owners saying our Zs are weak.

I think the cars are really cool, but I wouldn't want to spend more than $20k for one. [boo... inflation]

I'd take one over the Miata, and then strip it down. At least the BRZ/FRS is RWD whereas Nissan wants to bring out an FWD competitor.

But you can get a 5.0 for cheaper than the Z?

Hi Steve... I didn't check. I thought the Z price range inches closer to the Mustang 5.0, so I thought it offered better performance for the money.

No hate... Like I said earlier. I think those cars are kewl. Way OVERRATEDand highly OVERPRICED, but they're decent cars. You're pricing schemes are flawed and the quality of a Z at 33k vs a 30k BRZ??? Night and day. There should be a $10k difference between the two, not a $3k difference.
That said. The Z is overpriced by $3grand, so the BRZ... A $20k car
