Man I can't wait to get her tuned! The sound of the turbo as it starts spooling is just eargasmic.. followed by Tial's BOV whoosh.. honestly just makes all the time, money & stress worth it.

Wish I could say the same for my neighbor though. I got home late at night and parallel parked into a tight spot (lots of back and forth on a heavy clutch that requires revving past 2k rpm to get it moving). A guy I never met wearing nothing but a towel pops out of nowhere and starts yelling at me: "Look man, it's a nice car and it sounds effing awesome, I too was young once but now I have two kids, must you make all that noise".

So I went home and ordered me one of those

And how the hell did you get a woodgrain interior?

The resonated HFC's will fry from all the EGT. I'm currently locked at 4k rpm and 6psi of boost and EGT readings hit around 700 degrees Celsius lol

The switches are for power steering, A/C Compressor, Ignition/Start, and to switch on/off my digital gauges.

We've been on the dyno for the past two days ironing out all sort of ECU configuration hickups. ECU logs were sent to Australia and files were sent back and I can finally say, mechanically, the car is running 100%! Starts every single time from the first time, no popping, no cutting, no backfiring (that part was fun), and no foot on gas pedal for the first 5 mins of a cold start to avoid stalling the engine lol

Then the fun began! Stupid me however stuffed the wrong springs in the wastegate. Was aiming for 1.2 bars but only managed to get 0.9 bar of boost for some weird reason. I have Tial's MVR wastegate and here's their spring chart, I put the Black, Blue & Yellow ones as mentioned. I'm either color blind or the chart I'm using is wrong.

There are already 3 springs in it, guess I'm just going to throw in a 4th one when I get my boost controller solenoid hooked up.

I don't understand why you even keep wheels and tires on that thing. Its a jet, she needs to fly not be restricted to the ground.

Been a while since I updated this thread, cars running beautifully *knock on wood*, still a few things that need to be resolved.

1) Gears are too tall.
Redlining 3rd at 140 mph which means the torque is just wasted. Ordered a 4.083:1 Ring & Pinion from a Frontier and some Whiteline Bushings (since mine are busted). Hope it will be enough. The frontier also has a 4.363:1 option if need be.

2) Shifter is hitting against center console on 2nd & 4th gear shifts.
Trimmed the OEM wood trim completely but it's still rubbing. I finally found a Nismo Short Throw Shifter that will work with the Pull Type Transmission. That should hopefully solve my problem.

3) My digital gauge needs a nice mounting location. CarbonSignal is currently fabricating something for me to go on the A-Pillar, pretty stoked about it.

4) I'm working on getting my OEM Tacho to work, dug up some Nissan files and will be getting my hands dirty with my next oil change.

5) The engine feels like its running out of breath at high rev's. Tomei Cams and a turbo upgrade are sure next on my list! Summer's right around the corner though so back to low boost settings.
