We've been on the dyno for the past two days ironing out all sort of ECU configuration hickups. ECU logs were sent to Australia and files were sent back and I can finally say, mechanically, the car is running 100%! Starts every single time from the first time, no popping, no cutting, no backfiring (that part was fun), and no foot on gas pedal for the first 5 mins of a cold start to avoid stalling the engine lol
![]() Then the fun began! Stupid me however stuffed the wrong springs in the wastegate. Was aiming for 1.2 bars but only managed to get 0.9 bar of boost for some weird reason. I have Tial's MVR wastegate and here's their spring chart, I put the Black, Blue & Yellow ones as mentioned. I'm either color blind or the chart I'm using is wrong. ![]() There are already 3 springs in it, guess I'm just going to throw in a 4th one when I get my boost controller solenoid hooked up.
