That looks like it was a rough wipe out. If I had to guess, and really thats all I have to go on at the moment, he either low sided on the left and went of the road and it rolled at least once OR he looped it or started to loop it grinding tail on the asphalt came down and lost control of the front and laid it down on the left side. I'm betting more towards the latter but it's just a guess from the pics.

Regardless of how it happened, I'm presuming you are doing ok from the crash so thats good to hear but sorry to hear you never got back into it.

^ Me too but I'm partial to the Bonneville T100. I really like that one, and I've always loved the Speed Triple although their new Street Triple R looks pretty cool too.

Well i did some research and couldnt find what i was looking for. I was trying to find a storage unit for my bike for the winter that is cheap, heated, close by my apartment and has a good security unit. Found one but it wasnt heated. So i got abit of extra space in my dinning room so i said "hmm, should just take the railing out on my patio, lay some wood down and drive the bike in the apartment" And thats exactly what i did...lol

Stock air filter

K&N HiFlow filter

Today ill be ripping off the rear fender, exhaust system, sprockets/chain. And doing the kleen mod and jumper mod.

Heh, I did the same when I had to store my bike for the winter. My bike sat in the living room and somehow it just became an extra "chair" when people came over to my house. :/

Lol thats great man.

Jumper mod = cheapest +3 RWHP ever!

I've got pair block off plates and if I recall it's the same as doing the Kleen mod basically or is the Kleen Air mod. Just be prepared for a few pops on decel especially if you throw on a S/O or Fully.

ill be installing full exhaust. Thats actualy what im working on right now, taking the stock on off. I'm still trying to figure out how everything works for the kleen mod, keep reading different things. For the jumper mod, can you use a "self stripping connector" thats all i can find for the damn thing. I was worried about all these mods and my Out Of Province Inspection...which is what i have to do since i just moved from Nova Scotia to Alberta. I talked to the guys at the dealership and told them everything i want to do and they said everything will be fine. But if i get a Fender Elim. I have to put reflector tape on the back just for the inspection.
