Lurker here...
I'm not at all being demeaning here, but how many of you have driven a 911 being driven hard? I'm genuinely curious. I have no experience even sitting in a 370z so I can't make a great comparison. However, this past weekend I had about 15 minutes in a 997 Carrera S being driven by a track instructor, on a track. Again, I can't compare it to the performance of a 370, but my goodness the 911 was unbelievable. I should mention that it was a stock car (except brakes, I think) on stock tires. Curious if anyone else has experience in a 370 (duh) and a newer 911 at the limit? |
