Yep. We deal with the same stuff in our industry. Sell stuff to people, and have to log it to prevent bogus warranty claims.

NASA comes back all the time pretending stuff failed for no reason...then we look at the logs, and they had stuff running at double redline :shakes head:

I don't blame them, I understand where they're coming from. It just makes me think twice about modding it if I do get one. Might just stick with bolt-ons. From what I've read tunes are only an issue if you up the boost, which they can see.

The only thing that is really trouble-free on any car is a CBE.

The 3.8L in the GT-R sounds great. Probably the best sounding modern V6 around. V6s usually sound like crap.
