Which Sporty Beater?

In the beginning....there were trojans. And they were good.

but srsly, the golf is an amazing lil piece of germany. I say go with it, because as a DD I think i would enjoy it the most.

but of course. test drive test drive test drive...

Or you could get a civic with a fart can!!!!!!

The golf is amazing fun to drive. Fit and finish, I like it better than the others in initial quality, but I question its reliability.

Speaking of golfs, still waiting on my Mustang to arrive here in country, bought a beater car for the time being, a 94' VW Golf III, Bon Jovi edition.
