That is one of the things that really annoys me about car people. People have a tendency to compare their car to cars in different classes. We see it here all the time and it's very annoying.

Put simply, the Mustang is NOT a sports car. The Mustang is a muscle car or sports coupe, however you want to phrase it. The Z is a sports car. They just don't compare.

I don't care if they have roughly the same power and are about as fast as one another... they aren't in the same class.

One is a street car that works the everyday with ease and can run the strip or track just fine (and can be modded either way, too).

The other is a track car that's been ported over for street use, too. You can throw your golf bag in the hatch but it doesn't really work for daily use unless you're some crazy enthusiast like a lot of us are.

Compare the Mustang to the Camaro.

Compare the Z to a Cayman.

Don't compare the two. It doesn't work that way.
