![]() But in all honesty. I would rather rock a Camaro than the new Stang. To each his own though. I really am NOT a fan of the styling Ford went with. I think the Camaro looks so much more aggressive. Also, dealing with people in person who are on Fords nuts 24/7 like its the greatest thing on earth will put hate in your heart also. |

I just find it funny that a lot of people try to brag about that over a Jap car when a Jap car is built for something different. Yes, the Mustang will win in a line (if modded since the v8 is downgraded from factory and responds better to mods) and the Z will win in the corners. But man some kids I deal with think their Stang will outhandle the Z....they are just INSANE.... Hopefully one day that argument will be agreed upon and people will STFU. I do find it funny however, that the 370z can currently beat the Mustang out of a V6 (pre 5.0). Japanese engineering > American. |

One of the reasons for the great success of the Mustang is this right here.
It was never quite as edgy as the Camaro/Firebird... especially in the 90s and early 2000s. But it appealed to more people than the F-bodies so that's why they died in '03 and the Mustang kept going. Now that the Camaro is back we will see how it all shakes out.
