Spotted a 2010 PG M6 370(ask me how I know) on 495 between exit 25 and 17 around 12:12:12pm 12/12/12. Lisense plate "tibal". Anyone from here???

silver nismo downtown again, and a black nismo as well on newfield (route 3) by the gas station both around 11am today.
