Does anyone have a problem with their wipers being LOUD AS ALL HELL, when operating, regardless of the amount of rain or outside temperature? Mine have done this since day

Does anyone have a problem with their wipers being LOUD AS ALL HELL, when operating, regardless of the amount of rain or outside temperature? Mine have done this since day 1 to a point where I basically just done use them anymore.
Maybe I should replace the inserts with something else, RainX maybe. For the person who used RainX wipers, did you have to replace the whole wiper or just the rubber inserts?
