I dont know how this crack got there or when but the water outlet is not leaking coolant. The level is still full. It doesnt look like any damage when

Is this supposed to be there?!
I dont know how this crack got there or when but the water outlet is not leaking coolant. The level is still full. It doesnt look like any damage when you remove the cap
