190k miles what should I replace and maintance

I would also clean the throttle bodies and the MAFs.

Oil gallery gaskets. Might as well do timing chain, thermostat, water pump, and all the gaskets and o-rings associated with the work while the timing cover is off.

I had to have my steering rack replaced at 80K miles, so I would definitely give that a thorough inspection at your mileage.

Thanks forgot to add cleaned the MAF and Throttle bodies when I changed the plugs.

I'll have to check out the gallery gasket issue, might be more than I can do. How much do you think it costs to have someone else do it?

Defintley will look over the rack. Thanks.

How many hours of labor would a dealer charge to do this? How do I know if I need to do it? I noticed I have fluctuating rpm at idle
