You totally did the right thing. When we bought our Z we got the run around from a couple of dealers, but they are not all like that. The 3rd dealer we went to was completely awesome, he got us the exact car we wanted from another dealer and transported it safely. I inspected and drove it before they detailed it, fell in love with it and took it home. So just keep trying, you and your Z will eventually meet and it will be bliss!
