These quotes help no one unless you say who you are insured by, where you live, your age, your credit score, and any points on driving record. USAA Louisiana age:27

Yes i know its high, Louisiana has some of the highest insurance rates in the country after hurricane Katrina. For kicks I had the same car quoted for Chesapeake, VA through my insurance company and I would have only been paying $90.00

I just checked out a few more.. I found one in Jacksonville, that gave me a fantastic offer.

All State
199/Month
50/100K
500 Deduct.
GAP Coverage
Accident Forgiveness

I was shocked, everyone else is so high, at least by 50%, and even with a credit check All State came back with a much lower rate.

Has anyone else seen this? I don't understand why everyone else would want double, and yet you find one that offers more for 50% less.

I ran this request based on a new 370Z, as a financed car.

Edit:

All State pulled my driving record - hence the lowest rate. Go figure.. they do something that makes sense.

Edit:

I called All State, the rate was accurate. They wanted more than Progressive for my older current car, and said the Nissan was less to insure through them than the older car because it's a safer vehicle.
