both prices seem high. I bought a 09 with Touring / Sport / Nav / AT with 10,000 miles for 30.5. So you should definitely be able to get it

both prices seem high. I bought a 09 with Touring / Sport / Nav / AT with 10,000 miles for 30.5. So you should definitely be able to get it down to around my price since yours has more miles and no AT.
