33K for 2010 Touring + Sport + Nav 6MT?

I have two opportunities that I am considering. First is a 2010 PG Touring + Sport + Nav with 6MT for 33K, of which $1500 is a broker fee for finding me the car. It has 14K miles on it and is fantastic condition. I can also get the same configuration new for 39K. I feel like these are both pretty good deals, but due to the small volume of used cars, it's hard for me to know.

Decent deals in Houston apparently. That's where this car is located. To be clear, did you pay 31.5K or 33K? I am paying a bit of premium on the broker fee.

both prices seem high. I bought a 09 with Touring / Sport / Nav / AT with 10,000 miles for 30.5. So you should definitely be able to get it down to around my price since yours has more miles and no AT.

oh i was talking to the op. i think both his new and used prices seem a bit high. I could've gotten a brand new with same configuration as mine right now for around 37. and that was without even negotiating.

MSRP on what I want brand new is about 41K, dealer invoice is about 38K. I have gotten two offers (37.2K and 37.8K) optioned the way I want; however that is in theory, since those cars are not on the lot. The spread is small (4.2K), but hell, that's wheels, half a S/C, etc. The reason I wanted to go used in the first place is because I knew I would be modifying it immediately and didn't want to pay the premium. Tough decision right now. What's amazing is how hard it is to get ahold of what I want. I guess there are not nearly as many fully optioned cars floating around. Because I want Nav and SRM, I am forced to go fully optioned.
