Well I just got back from the dealer and they claimed the best they could do was $40,900 OTD....the car in question is not on their lot and they said

Well I just got back from the dealer and they claimed the best they could do was $40,900 OTD....the car in question is not on their lot and they said it's at the port/another dealer...not sure what to do now..
