Can someone add the Nismo invoice in here as well?

Z

The Nismo Z is priced just under $40,000, and is a limited production model, which means you'll probably have to wait until the 2010 is out before you find a dealer willing to discount the Nismo. Most dealerships get 1 or 2 per year.
My dealership is selling the 370z for $1000.00 over cost which I think is fair. Nissan will probably put out a $500.00 rebate around December, usually the Z series doesn't have much more offered from the factory. If you work for a qualifying partner of Nissan, "Union Pacific Railroad", for example, you can qualify for a V.P.P. deal which is Invoice minus 2% (which Nissan reimburses the dealership for).
My dealership has 2 New 2008 Automatic Grand Touring hard tops, marked down to $31,000.00, blue and silver - If anyone is interested.

I visited the dealer tonight and having read this thread I felt so much more prepared and confident about what I was doing. I definitely had leverage. I didn't take a print out with me, but I was dropping the invoice knowledge like crazy. I scared the finance guy off because he felt me out by saying the 370 with sport pkg. was $40000. I laughed at him and he left me with the salesman. It definitely sucks having to prove myself walking in because I'm a female. Cut out a lot of B.S. fast. Still shopping around. Thanks for this thread!

boomboom 09-01-2009 03:07 AM

So the nismo is actually only 2k more than the touring/sport edition?

mdbrich 09-01-2009 03:49 AM

boomboom 09-01-2009 09:35 PM

I haven't even seen any other colors on the board except white and silver..I would love to see more nismo pics..

vipor 09-01-2009 09:38 PM

paid 37.8k for my nismo, with floormats and trunk mat. also got it trucked from port arthur (near houston) to me for free.

dang370z 09-13-2009 06:05 PM

how can the nismo be cheaper then a
7spd/tour/sport pkg/navi

so like 2k b.c its 6spd (man / auto )
im guessing cause its not leather too?
what else? no navi in nismo right?
im just confused

bc the 7AT is $1300 extra, sports pkg another $3k, and navi is $1850 with a touring starting at $35760.
the Nismo starts out at $39130 but only has 3 options: illuminated kick plates $200, floor mats $115, and trunk mat $95. simple math

all prices are MSRP

2009 7sp auto with sport package floor mats splash guards 10miles on odometer
MSRP $35,285 dealer is selling for $31999 ($835 below invoice). is this a good deal? i thought the 2009s would be thousands of $ below invoice now

I just asked same question too. my wife wants a 370Z this month, and our altima is due at lease this month.I'm thinking that before was like 38k OTD
for a AT touring with Navi package only when brand new 09 model, but now 2010 is out, its should be cheapper at lease 2k right ?
including all tax and fee 35k or 36k OTD possiable?
or still 38k?

fuct 09-29-2009 08:53 AM

its not a camary fellas, they dont sell enough of these things to drop prices by thousands of dollars BELOW invoice. not to mention 2010's arnt out yet...

canuckattuck 09-30-2009 09:19 PM

Picked up my Z, vroom vroom! Total before taxes was $32213.85. Base Auto + Sport, splash, floor mats, trunk mat, illuminated kickplates, and wheel locks. After taxes was $33866.85, which is actually less than they originally said I would be paying. That was before they threw in the kickplates for free! Originally my total was going to be $34221.58 after taxes, but magically the price dropped even further once I got there. Needless to say, but I am pretty damn happy about my decision.

This was at Ferman Nissan in North Tampa, in case someone is looking for a pretty straight forward dealer to work with. I did the entire thing through email (not a single phone call), and then came in once we had a OTD number locked in.

MindFusion FX 11-05-2009 10:09 PM

well this is my first post.. and this is an interesting thread. i'm going to start shopping for a 2010 touring 6spd+sport pkg+navi pkg this weekend. I dont even know if 2010's are out yet, but if not i will hold out.

Any opinions on what a good price for that would be?

KEVTEX 11-11-2009 05:04 PM

2010 coupe invoice prices?

I'm looking for invoice pricing on 2010 370Z coupe with AT and sport package. So far all I've found are MSRP's. The 2010 auto coupe base went up $230 to $31,460 (vs $31,230 for the 2009 model). The MSRP on the options appeared to be the same as 2009 as well as the $720 destination charge. Any help here would be appreciated.
Also if anyone has a strong recomendation for a good dealer in the greater Houston area I'd like to know who it is.

FuszNissan 11-12-2009 09:16 AM

Official Pricing hasn't been released.

j.arnaldo 11-12-2009 11:26 AM

Count your blessings, dudes, in Puerto Rico, the base model is $50,000.00! That's why I got me a s-w-e-e-t used 350Z ('04.5 year model with just 13k on her!!!) No feathering, no oil-temperature or consumption issues, no starting issues! A till-death-do-us-part kinda situation!

370Zsteve 11-12-2009 01:07 PM

Think I could get it?

2009 Touring with Sport, 6MT, Chicane Yellow, Mats, Trunk Mat, Ill Kickplates

$34500?

j.arnaldo 11-12-2009 01:24 PM

Ahh, I see. That sounds like a good starting point, especially if you can go through the dealer's Internet sales. That way, you can send the email out to 2-3 nearby dealers and enjoy the rest of your week...come back and hope to find a response.

Dealers like the one near me probably won't bite that low, seeing as they might have 1 on the lot and possibly even dealer-trading to get one for you.

USAA got a buying service program that you can get any car for invoice or less. If I travel 50 miles a can get a 370Z for $800 below invoice.

G Fo12ce 11-23-2009 07:05 PM

Just FYI MSRP on the 2010 only went up $60. I imagine invoice couldn't go up any more than that:

FRANKLIN, Tennessee — Nissan on Thursday said its base 2010 370Z Coupe is priced starting at $30,710, including a $720 destination charge, reflecting a modest $60 bump over the 2009 model. Nissan has still not announced pricing on the 40th-anniversary package of the 370Z, which is coming in the spring. The 2010 370Z Coupe is on sale now.

Nissan said pricing on the 40th-anniversary package will be announced closer to the car's on-sale date. That package bundles red leather-appointed and synthetic suede seats and red door panel inserts; 40th-anniversary seatback embroidery, floor mats, car cover and exterior badging; premium smoke-finish wheels and red brake caliper finish and a "40th Quartz" exterior paint color.

The redesigned 2009 370Z Coupe started at $30,650, including a $720 destination charge.

Changes for the 2010 model year include an enhanced navigation system and the addition of heated mirrors and in-cabin microfilter, as well as one new optional exterior color: Black Cherry. That special paint adds $500 to the bottom line.

For 2010, the top-of-the-line Nismo 370Z starts at $39,910, including shipping.

Expect to pay $1,850 for a hard-drive-based navigation system, $650 for an aerodynamics package and $850 for Nismo performance brake pads for the 2010 model year.

Inside Line says: Nissan holds the line on 2010 370Z Coupe pricing, following a major design overhaul for the 2009 model year. — Anita Lienert, Correspondent

This is a great post, AK... are you going to do up a chart like this for the 2010's? Much appreciated. Thanks again.

370Zsteve 11-30-2009 04:45 PM

Nissan has done everyone a favor who is buying a 2010. The Yen/Dollar conversion is brutal.

For comparison purposes, a 2010 Yamaha R1 is $900 higher than a 2009 Yamaha R1. No updates have been made to the vehicle for 2010, it's essentially the same.

YES. I have updated post 1 with 2010 invoice pricing. You can clearly see the price difference down to last dollar amount. Feel free to direct any new member to this thread if they ask for 2010 invoice pricing.

Other than the price increase, Nissan now offers
Quote:

V92 - NISMO Performance Brake Pads
which can be added to ANY sports package 370Z (you must have sports package to add these).

Chicane yellow is no longer offered. It's Black Cherry now.

thanks

SmoothZ 12-10-2009 08:46 PM
