Sorry for the delay...craziness with my family

Here's what I got:
XXR 527 18" Staggered
18x8.75 Fronts, 18x9.75 Rears with 20mm offset
Tires are G-Max from GENERAL
225x50 Fronts, 245x45 Rears
Lug Nuts are just standard tuner lugs, you can find a AutoZone/Advance Auto Parts
Lowering Springs are 1.5" by Megan Racing
