Bottom line is that he gained 42 whp with bolt-on's and a tune. That's pretty sweet for a N/A high revving set-up. You could maybe squeeze a little more out with a lightened pulley but not really necessary. Once the VVEL is cracked I think a lot of people will opt for Long Tube headers because you'll be able to get a lot more top end out of them. Maybe 340-ish whp along with the above mods.

Also, stillen pretty much shot themselves in the foot by sponsoring this video since it shows that their CAI yields minor gains when paired with the HFC and cat-back. I'm sure you'd get the same with hps hoses and K&N filters with this set-up
Regarding the intake fail, it isn't...It seems the order they installed and dyno were: exhaust first, then LTH and intake, and then tuned. It's commonly known that HP gains with more than one bolt on is not additive (17 HP + 11 HP does not equal 28HP when combined together). You yield the most HP gains with the first bolt on. Plus, the small amount that you have to trim is no big deal.
