Hello OP,
At least you know who back up into you, I just had someone hit me with their hitch I assume and just left my Z was parked. Thankfully it seems that it was just the front bumper. I am sure the insurance will pay but just by looking at this it seems like a bout 3k in repairs. 1k for paint job and the rest for parts and labor.
