Hey Rafael. My insurance is trying to get a hold of the other insurance. I don't know what's taking so long. I've called my insurance multiple times but they don't seem to be too concerned with my case. I already filed a compliant. It has been more than a week with 0 progress. I currently have First American Property&casualty Insurance Agency. I just love how ironic their insurance name is because I'm anything but "First" on their list.

And a little bit of update: After leaving about 5-6 voicemails, my insurance finally called me back and asked me to call the other party's insurance company to state what happened. I'll keep you fellows posted.

Had to do a little research to see who the F is this insurance company. It's understandable why you're having issues. Good luck.
