No. Do not do this. Leave the drivetrain connected to the engine when you are coasting to a stop (i.e. in D for AT or in gear for MT). What reason could you possibly have for doing this? It doesn't even conserve fuel, as the momentum of the vehicle is with the drivetrain connected to the engine is much greater than when it is disconnected in N.
