Good luck man

FWIW, WD-40 is really more of a lubricant ... its does have some penetrating power due to its low surface tension. But the WD-40 Specialist penetrating product (or something like PB Blaster) is going to work much better

Absolutely. Any autoparts store should have some PB Blaster for sure. I'm not sure if they carry the WD-40 Specialist line of products.

I just went out to buy some penetrating oil yesterday - Walmart carries both the WD-40 "blue torch" oil as well as PB Blaster. (I bought PB since that is what I haved used forever)

Do you have experience with the WD-40 penetrating oil? Better than PB you think?

Not personally, no. My guess would be they aren't significantly different. PB Blaster has always worked fine for me, so I wouldn't think the WD-40 stuff is that much better.

If you want a truely kickass penetrating oil, use a 50/50 mix of ATF and acetone. Otherwise I suggest liquid wrench over both PB and WD-40

You have to use a short socket on the end of 2 long extentions...I I was able to get to them, just not break them...the bottom one was my toughest...I broke a swivel on that one.

Shallow socket for the bolt...you can get it in there...mine looked the same way with the steering coupler. I tried with a deep socket and couldn't get it, swapped for a shallow and was able to put it on there.

Now that I'm thinking about it...I think I used a 1/2 impact and long extention with a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter with a long 3/8 extention with the shallow socket...problem solved.
