Two days ago, I ordered the Z1 CAI. Today I ordered the EcuTek from Specialty Z with the data-logging option.

Now I need to find some GT-R injectors so I can run E85.

Waiting (impatiently) for mine to show up from Sebastian. Really looking forward to it, not least of all because I already sold my uprev license and cable so I'm running stock ecu and it's driving me nuts!

Imagine doing that on a turbo car! My last car, a Fiat 500 Abarth, I switched tuners and dropped from 230 hp & 250 ft lbs down to a stock 160 hp and 170 ft lbs. Imagine how I felt for those two weeks. LOL

Whatever magic you guys worked with those bolt extractors did not work for me. I ended up stripping the bolt extractors :(

Kroil works pretty good, the trick is to soak it, then let it set for about 15 to 20 minutes. The stuff has to penetrate down far enough to loosen the rust. The other option is a torch....

We gave up and I'm going to take it to a shop on Thursday... Spent at least 15 hours trying to break it off... Just another victim to the demon bolt. T_T

DeliriousClam 09-20-2016 03:37 PM

I got really lucky with that bolt. Sprayed with liquid wrench, let it sit 3 days, and they came off easily. The stock cat-back was a bigger PITA

Went got my new tires mounted yesterday. Then today I installed rear camber arms and found a screw already in my tire. Lucky it was a larger one. Then got an alignment.

Funny, the US border towns and its citizens and retailers didn't quite feel like that. Especially during your last econmic slump in '08 and right up to last summer.

Yabrokak 09-22-2016 03:25 PM

Got home. Looked at it. Regretted driving the Miata and not it to work today.

Moved rear 245s to front and had new 275s to rear on 20F/25R spacers. Now i have almost 1/2" poke at the rear. I'm thinking going 20mm all around now... However, stance looks really nice.

B&W_Evader 09-23-2016 08:55 AM

Played with a Challenger on the way into work. :driving:

If yours does, it likely wasn't installed properly...I has the same issue, also was engaging just off the floor when cold...then fine at running temp.

1) Check the 2 upper tension bolts, they may be overly tight.

2) Check the position of the upper cruise control unit

3) Check and make sure that the clutch rod is going straight, not at an angle.

4) If all else fails, email Ryan @ RJM.

I'm positive someone splattered their coffee on to my front bumper at work. Going to talk to security monday to see if my assumptions are true. I didn't take a pic. I know I should of.

No. The clutch feels the same on every start so far, but I haven't experienced much cold weather yet.

The master rod at rest should be slightly angled upward so when pushed in its straight.

And check your fluids
