The car calls for 0W-20 (full synthetic that costs around $60 at the neighborhood shop). The manual says you can use 5W-20 (synthetic blend) if you can't find 0W-20, but you should only do this once before switching back to the full synthetic. However, the dealer offers $35 oil changes via email coupon. I confirmed that they will never put 0W-20 in it if you use these coupons (I asked specifically). I now change the oil myself because I can use Mobil 1 0W-20 for the same price they charge for 5W-20 and I don't have to be inconvenienced by taking it to the dealer.
