And my dealer offers a car wash after EVERY service call, no matter how minor, for those who want it. I stopped in to pick up some touch up paint, and they offered me a free wash.
Some dealers suck, some don't.
The Acura dealer we have an ILX lease through is actually very customer service oriented. Nice lounge always stocked with drinks and food. Friendly staff. These are all great, but IMO the dealer should be more focused on the service they provide to the car than the customer.

They also offer a free wash anytime. Just drive it by and they'll run it through right quick. It's an old car wash with the big brushes! I bet that's why all their new cars on the lot have swirl marks

They also do not follow their own recommended oil weights. The car calls for 0W-20 (full synthetic that costs around $60 at the neighborhood shop). The manual says you can use 5W-20 (synthetic blend) if you can't find 0W-20, but you should only do this once before switching back to the full synthetic. However, the dealer offers $35 oil changes via email coupon. I confirmed that they will never put 0W-20 in it if you use these coupons (I asked specifically). I now change the oil myself because I can use Mobil 1 0W-20 for the same price they charge for 5W-20 and I don't have to be inconvenienced by taking it to the dealer.
