I'm guessing the July thing is when dealers can order the new NISMO, rather than when dealers would actually have them on their lots. In addition there's an 8 to 12 week wait when "special ordering" a car straight from the factory.
Nonetheless, the dealer said they would call me each week during June. They're hoping Nissan will unlock whatever is preventing them from making orders before July. They want to have the first regional sale of a 2015 NISMO, as much as I want to be the first regional owner.

For some reason, I thought I had read that they will be showing up at dealerships in July, but looking back at the official release from Nissan, it just says that the "2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO goes on sale at U.S. Nissan dealers in July 2014." Maybe that's when orders can start happening.
