I let my son take my 640 rwhp car to his prom (full cage lol) -
...I used my handheld programmer to load a tune specific to him... - Pulled all the timing out of it - Rev limited to 4,000 rpm (to hold it to about 400 hp) - Traction control locked on - Speed limited to 75 mph Worked great

Apparently my wife and him had this conversation before I knew about it and she said he could take her Veloster Turbo if I said no. Then he showed my wife her dress and my wife said he not going anywhere with her and a back seat! He's a great kid but lets face nothing destroys a god man like a bad woman!

I'm sure he's a great kid. But I want you to take a look at the attached pic. That GTR was also driven by a 17 y.o. great kid. He didn't drink and got straight A's. He's now in a wheelchair for life.
Please don't do it. A 17 y.o. does not possess the driving skills.
