Um...I never said the manual would not... As I said, based on the numbers posted for the mustang VS numbers posted for the auto Z...it would be a very close race.

Again...different drivers could change those numbers so I'm not saying the auto would always be faster than a manual.

All that being said...the amount of parts available and potential...I wouldn't claim the Z to be beating up on the mustangs...the right mods do make those cars pretty fast. Stock VS Stock...the race would be close with either one having the chance to beat the other.
