i would say quite the opposite. what kinda wheel thief is gonna wanna go purchase a 1-off socket to remove those? considering most come with the center lug kits themselves, thats highly unlikely. i mean, a set of sockets can remove any wheel you want with normal lug nuts.

Not to mention, center locks are typically torqued to like 180 ft lbs with one of these



i would LOVE to see your average wheel thief tackle one of these

Also These Take a lot of torque to remove. theyed break their cheap wrenches trying to get them lol.
