ive bought stuff from vivid long time ago. transaction was fine. wasnt any better or worse than other vendors here. most vendors are good until something happens with the product.

ive bought stuff from vivid long time ago. transaction was fine.
wasnt any better or worse than other vendors here. most vendors are good until something happens with the product. then they usually just toss you over to the manufacturer as if they had nothing to do with the sale. if the manufacturer is decent, then you will have a happy ending. so after my various experiences with various vendors, i decided i just go straight to the manufacturer or fabricator (especially for expensive items) as much as possible...cause they are the ones that have the ultimate solution, not the middle man. |
