Default My 370z won't start! Could somebody please help me!!

I have a 2009 370z with about 30,100 miles on it, and today when I was leaving work, I tried to start my car but it wouldn't start.. there was a red key light, and a yellow key light.. I tried both keys, and even put the key in the "fobgina" no luck at all

99% is the steering lock failure, if you have other doubt, tow it to the dealer and have them check.

Also I just seen on the DIY fix thread that he says to put the car into ACC mode, my car won't even go into that mode. Pushing the start button does nothing at all! Is this normal?

Its under neither the steering wheel a silver box. Try and pound it to loosen it up and try staring your car. If that doesn’t work your going to have to have it towed to the dealer. This will be fixed under warranty not sure if the tow will.

There is a TSB on the steering lock issue, and it will get replaced for FREE.

after they replace the steering lock, you might want to pull the fuse thus disable the steering thus no more steering lock failure in the future..

and don't worry, it is safe to your Z and many members have done that and it works fine.
