As for "loud," the 370Z exhibits a roaring road noise on certain roads. I think a different set of tires might alleviate this problem, but it's no deal breaker.

I replaced the stock tires with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. I get significantly less road noise and the car sticks even on very wet roads. No aquaplaning at all so far.
