I think it is time to comb through the contract and see if you can find that specific "agreement". If you can not find it have the dealer point it

I think it is time to comb through the contract and see if you can find that specific "agreement".
If you can not find it have the dealer point it out to you where specifically they are referencing this. Usually "special" add on agreements (but not mandatory) are initialed as well, so double check for that. Edit: if you are early terminating there could be a early termination penalty.
