I showed great signs of frustrations when I saw these problems with the car, which made the dealer announce right away that they will be fixing everything for no charge  plus a detailing/wash/wax job lol

As for the exterior, just tell the dealership if they fix those problems, you will take it. The skirt issue sounds like it's just missing a clip. Faded paint on a 12? Are you sure it wasn't just dirty? |
 but wouldn't it be nice to have both exterior sexiness and interior luxury  as for the paint, its probably not faded.. for some reason my phone won't allow me to post pictures, but I will do so as soon as I get off work
