None, but the factory recommended break-in says to keep it under 4k. It's all in the manual. You have read the manual, right?

Haven't had any problem with any of those motors yet, and those guys all built tons of motors. As for the OP, don't worry about the 7AT. There are many times when I wish I had the auto..namely in traffic. The 7AT also does very well around the track.
