Please don't take this the wrong way. We all want you to get your car fixed, and get things figured out. You're still fairly young, and seemingly very green. That's not a bad thing in itself. We've all been that guy at a point in our lives. If someone says they haven't, they're lying. You'll eventually get it. The question you have to ask yourself is would you rather learn from your own mistakes, or someone else's?

When you are in an accident with someone, and it is their fault, you call the police, have them file a report, gather all the required information, and contact your insurance. If it isn't your fault, your rates don't go up, and your insurance company should be taking care of everything. Think about it. Who is paying for your cars damage. If it isn't her insurance company, it's yours.

Do you think your company wants to shell out money for an accident that wasn't their policy holders fault? NO. They will fight tooth and nail to get everything covered by her insurance. They also have more resources to deal with other companies.

+1. Write for your audience. Most of the ppl here at least try to use proper English - go with the flow. I gave up trying to help because I couldn't understand what was being written (and the OP didn't seem to want to take the good advice that was offered).

Agreed. Please use correct grammar. I'm no grammar Nazi, but try your best to refrain from texting lingo. It makes you seem more mature and will lead to more people taking you seriously.
