370 PSA, fill up your tank or turn left only

I dont understand the fuel pump excuse, wouldnt it do it turning either direction or at low tank levels even in a straight? I am 100% certain my fuel pump

Unhappy
My fuel pump is fine. My Z just don't like hard right hand turns.
