Default Water bottle that fits in door cup holder?

I have noticed that none of my water bottles fit in the side door cup holders. Pretty much the only thing that seems to fit in there is a can of pop, but there might be a little room to spare vertically. Has anyone found a water bottle that will fit in these cup holders and holds the most amount of water? This would be handy on long trips.

Yeah, that little fun-sized cup holder annoys me. I got this one (see attachment) at TARGET. It gets the job done for me - but not in terms of road trips. When I went from Seattle to down to Dallas, I just kept large Aquafina bottles behind the passenger's seat.

What do you mean not in terms of road trips? As in it doesn't hold enough water for a long trip? Yeah I'm mostly just wanting a couple of these for long trips where I have another passenger, because normally the cupholders stay empty for 90% of the trip and it's just wasted space. These would probably supplement the larger water bottles I bring. Is that bottle you linked about the circumference of a pop can then?

Buy a 36 pack of these and put them in the trunk. They fit in the door cup holder perfectly.

Main drink goes in the middle, water bottles I always put behind the passenger seat. I just found out that there was a cup holder unit that is placed inside the center console...

My 09 was ripped of this feature. Original owner probably took it out.

I use my protein shaker as my water bottle and it fits well. It is one of those tapering designs that is wider at the top. Serves me well for any day trips. Like others mentioned, if I need to carry along more drinks within reach, I use the cubbies behind the seats.

yea ive seen some people use protein shakers.

all of the water bottles i buy fit aside from fiji and fred.

also the regular size gatorade bottles and vitamin water fit as well. they fit snug but there no chance of sliding around which is nice.
