I found a magnetic pinch rail adapter online. The website is zl1addons.com. I just placed it on the pinch rail at the front jacking point, and my floor jack lifted

I found a magnetic pinch rail adapter online. The website is zl1addons.com. I just placed it on the pinch rail at the front jacking point, and my floor jack lifted the whole side of the car. Didn't even scratch the paint on the pinch rail.
