I don't care if the jammer is illegal. Cops lie and speed traps are illegal, although still used. Camera controlled intersections are technically illegal and we all know that cops make up lies to pull you over. They fight dirty, we should too. I'll give myself all the protection I need to make sure cops look stupid in court. Last two times I went to court for BS tickets, I brought proof the ticket was BS and I was still found guilty.

Gotta be the V1 the only thing that sucks is I was charged state tax but I expected that being that I'm in Cincinnati where the V1 was created.

I'll be picking up a 9500ix.. I love the blacklisting of known falses by use of gps. It's got a lot more technology for a little more money. In the most recent radar reviews, it's about 50/50 for 9500ix versus V1. You really can't go wrong with either one.

I do like some of the 9500ix's features. I wish we could get it all in one package (V1's detection and directional arrows w/ the 9500ix's GPS features).

9500ix is what I got and I don't have a ticket yet...knock on wood. The GPS for speed cameras and learning feature for false alarms is pretty neat.

I can also display a digital speedometer on it which is cool (it replaces the digital speedo that the 350Z used to have in one of the centre guages).

caught my first piggy on the freeway today. i was driving down and i saw this girl in a g35 so i passed her and she came after me and passed me. i was gonna go after her but then the V1 went off and two seconds later i see the piggy. i before i passed him i took off the v1 from the windshield and i put it on my seat and it still showed the cop on the back. v1 is the best in my opinion

No offense guys but any cop who is using their radar or laser properly and have themselves positioned properly can get you unless you have a jammer. Detectors only work on lazy officers or inexperienced officers who don't follow the proper techniques. The best device is a jammer but they are illegal in most states that I know of and carry an additional fine if caught that is much higher than the speeding ticket itself. Don't get me wrong I like to drive fast too thats why I bought a 370, but theres nothing funnier than catching someone whose mad because their radar detector didn't save them and seeing the look on their face. And no I won't tell you my secrets of running radar.
